Anne and Don have been a Real Estate professionals for over 37 years. They are currently members of The Marco Island Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors & Fla Assoc of Realtors.Anne was the President elect for 2005 and the 2006 President for the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors. She was the 2004 Vice President of the Board of Directors and was the Chairperson for the Professional Development Committee in 2000 and 2003 and co-chair in 2004. Anne was the executive secretary of the Marco Island Association of Realtors in 2001 and 2002, Anne received the award as a Member of the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society,in 2003 She was awarded the Coldwell Banker President International Circle Award, making Anne one of the top 11% of all Coldwell Banker Agents in the World. She also holds the A Coldwell Banker Senior Sales Associate designation, and has received her designation as Previews Property Specialist. Anne is one of only 5% of all realtors Nationwide to have their CRS designation along with her other designations of GRI, RECS,SRES, WCR and E-Pro.

Anne is the new 2008 MLS Chairperson for the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors

In December of 2005 , Anne recieved the Realtor of the Year award from the Marco Area Association of Realtors.

Anne was the President of the Key Biscayne Association of Realtors in 1985 before moving to Marco Island in 1996.

A Member of the Marco Island Woman's Club and the past President of The Material Girls Investment Club.

Don not only sells Real Estate and has his SRES designation but has earned his Masters Coast Guard Captain's License, allowing him to show you your waterfront property by Boat. He is knowledgable of the local waters and of many of the areas around Marco Island and the 10,000 Islands.
